CNA-8000 Channel Network Appliance

Der Visara CNA-800 (Channel Network Appliance) ist eine moderne Kommunikationsplattform und ist eine echte Alternative zum IBM Front End Prozessor, 3172 Gateways und Cisco Router mit dem "Channel Interface Prozessor", kurz CIP genannt.

Der CNA-8000 kann sowohl als TN3270, als XCA und als IP-Bridging konfiguriert werden und unterstützt flexible Host Verbindungen und je nach Adapter (single, dual quad Port) bis zu 16 Images und 256 Sub-Channels pro Port.
